How to enable mandatory cancellation reasons

Customers will be required to enter a reason for their cancellation if this setting is chosen.

1. Go to Settings > Bookings > Cancellation policy.

2. Set the Mandatory Cancellation reason option to Yes. 

3. Click Update details at the bottom of the page.
